At each Bearcat home game, $100.00 is donated to a non-profit organization by the Bible Hill Kinsmen. If the Bearcats score a powerplay goal an additional $100.00 is donated. In 10 seasons the Truro Bearcats/Bible Hill Kinsmen powerplay program raised $47,200.00 for the community. In 2013 $5100.00 was donated.
