The Truro Bearcats are pleased to announce the hiring of new Assistant Coach, Ryan Falkenham for the upcoming season.
The Halifax native is well known for his illustrious 4 year playing career with the Halifax Mooseheads from 2011-2015 where he won a Presidents Cup and Memorial Cup in the 2012/13 season as well as being team captain in the 2014/15 season.
After an injury cut his playing career short, Ryan made the quick transition into coaching, joining his former Head Coach Dom Ducharme in Drummondville as an assistant from 2017-2019.
Following his 2 seasons in Drummondville, Ryan would come back home to Halifax where he has held numerous coaching roles over the past few years including stops as an Assistant Coach at Dalhousie University and Head Coaching jobs at both Citadel High School and most recently the Liverpool Privateers/South Shore Lumberjacks Junior B team.
