The Truro Bearcats are pleased to announce the signing of 18 year old forward Brandon Crowell. The Dartmouth, Nova Scotia product was originally a 2020 7th round pick of the Pictou County Weeks Crushers before his rights were traded to Truro in the 2021-22 preseason in the trade that sent Lucas Parsons to Pictou. Crowell spent the past 3 seasons playing for Mount St.Charles Academy in Rhode Island where he amassed 77 points in 127 career games with the Mounties which was capped off with a U18 national championship in the 21-22 season. The right shot forward started the season in the BCHL with the Trail Smoke Eaters before making his way back east to Nova Scotia. Crowell says he is looking forward to being in Truro and having a good season for the team and the fans. Welcome to Truro, Brandon!
